Introduction
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for tickets purchased from AAYUBO LIMITED (trading as Aayubo). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

Please include your booking reference, the event name, and the reason for your request. We will respond as promptly as we can.
If You Cancel or Cannot Attend
Tickets for events on a specific date are non-refundable if you change your mind, can no longer attend, or fail to use your ticket. This includes the ticket price, booking fee, and any optional donation.
If We Cancel the Event
If AAYUBO LIMITED cancels an event, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price, booking fee, and any donation included in your order. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of the cancellation announcement, unless we agree an alternative with you.
If the Event Is Postponed
If an event is postponed to a new date:
- Your ticket(s) will remain valid for the rescheduled date, or
- You may request a full refund (ticket price, booking fee, and donation) within 7 days of our postponement notice.
If you do not request a refund within that period, your ticket(s) will be treated as valid for the new date.
Booking Fee
The booking fee is non-refundable except when we cancel the event (in which case the full amount paid, including the booking fee, is refunded).
Optional Donations
Donations are voluntary. If we issue a refund for any ticket(s) in your order, any donation included in that order will also be refunded.
Duplicate Bookings and Errors
If you were charged twice for the same booking, or a technical error resulted in an incorrect charge, contact us with your booking references and payment details. After verification, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount to your original payment method.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. We will investigate and resolve genuine issues promptly. If a chargeback is raised, associated tickets may be invalidated pending the outcome of the dispute.
How Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds are returned to the card or payment method used at checkout via Stripe. Refunds may take several working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
