Tickets and Your Contract
When you complete a booking and receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and QR code, a contract is formed between you and AAYUBO LIMITED for the ticket(s) to the named event on the specified date, time, and venue.
Each ticket is personal to the booking and may be checked against the name and contact details provided at checkout. You must provide accurate contact information so we can deliver your tickets and contact you about the event if needed.
Prices and Payment
Ticket prices, any per-ticket booking fee, and optional donation are shown before you pay. The total amount due is displayed at checkout. Prices include VAT at 20% where applicable.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
The booking fee is a charge for processing your order. Unless we cancel the event, the booking fee is non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout. Your confirmation email, including the booking reference and QR code, is your proof of purchase. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) and keep the email safe. You may be asked to show the QR code or booking reference at the venue.
Cancellation by You
Tickets for leisure events on a specific date are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Tickets are therefore non-refundable if you change your mind or can no longer attend, except as set out in our Refund Policy.
Event Changes
If an event is cancelled or postponed, or materially changed (for example venue, date, or time), we will contact you using the details provided at booking. Your rights in these circumstances are set out in our Refund Policy.
Admission and Venue Rules
Admission is subject to venue rules and any age restrictions stated on the event page. Late entry may be refused or permitted at the venue’s discretion. We and/or the venue may refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour poses a risk to safety, causes disruption, or breaches venue or event rules, without refund.
Photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited at events unless the event page or venue expressly states otherwise.
Seating
Where seat selection is offered, we will use reasonable efforts to honour the seats you choose. We may reassign seats for operational, safety, or venue reasons. If reassignment is necessary, we will seek to provide seats of equivalent or better value where possible.
Optional Donations
Any donation offered at checkout is voluntary. Donations are refunded whenever a ticket refund is issued, as described in our Refund Policy.
Complaints and Disputes
If you have a problem with your booking, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute:
Email: admin@aayubo.co.uk
WhatsApp: +44 7344 529786
We will respond as promptly as we can. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in tickets being invalidated pending resolution.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control (including venue closures, transport disruption, or third-party acts). Our total liability to you for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The courts of the United Kingdom shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase applies to your booking.
